If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Writor’s Social Studio, here’s how to remove that connection and delete the data Writor holds about it.
- Disconnect in Writor. Sign in to Writor, open Social Studio → Manage accounts, and click Disconnect on each account. Its access token is deleted immediately and Writor can no longer post to it.
- Remove Writor in Facebook or Instagram (optional). In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove Writor Social. In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove Writor Social.
- Ask us to delete everything else. Email support@writor.ai with the subject “Delete my social data” from the email address of your Writor account. We’ll delete the remaining Social Studio data (account names and post history) and confirm within 30 days.
Deleting this data from Writor doesn’t delete posts that were already published to Facebook or Instagram; you can delete those in the Facebook or Instagram app. For more about how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
